Core responsibilities include 1) managing a network of gaged streams and wells to produce annual stream flow reports, 2) investigating and reporting on specific water resource issues as requested by Tribal leadership, and 3) review and comment on external water right permit applications. The position will serve as a senior agriculture advisor to the EPA Regional Administrator and the EPA Regional Executive Team and serve as the regional agriculture sector lead for the EPA regional office.
